I found the location convenient. The hotel's proximity to the main square made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the wide variety of juices and the crispy streaky bacon.

I noticed that the bar staff seemed a little preoccupied. I would have liked more engagement. I am sure they were busy though.

The hotel offers sparkling water dispensers on each floor and this is a NICE touch. I also noticed a bar with a pleasant ambience near the lobby and guests seemed to enjoy it.

The hotel is literally steps from the main square and historical center. A tram stop nearby provides easy access to the main train station and the airport, a BIG plus. Taxis are readily available outside the hotel entrance.

The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, offering a sitting area. My room had a nespresso coffee machine, very useful. I appreciated the provision of water bottles in the room that i could fill at any time.

The receptionist was efficient and observant about guest needs. The staff are generally happy to help and Bhing, a staff member, stood out for her friendly and competent service. I FELT really welcome.

This hotel offers convenient parking in the basement. It made arrival and departure simple. i found the staff very friendly, especially in the restaurant. the breakfast buffet included ample options. I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian choices. the room was recently renovated. It felt very comfortable.

I found the temperature controls in the room complicated. I was not able to adjust them easily.

My stay wasn't terrible, but I had some disappointments. The cleanliness was below expectations, I noticed quite A LOT of dust along the baseboards. The room looked somewhat outdated with an uneven floor. I found coffee cups but no coffee maker. This was REALLY annoying. the air conditioning was very NOISY.
